Faculty Development Programme by AIC Mahindra: Overview
AIC Mahindra, in collaboration with AICTE and the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, successfully conducted this programme. The event took place from March 18 to March 22, 2025, at Mahindra University. It brought together 50 faculty members and incubation professionals from various institutions.
Key Sessions and Topics Covered
Participants attended expert-led sessions covering critical entrepreneurial aspects. These included problem identification, market research, lean start-up methodology, financial planning, and investor pitching. Faculty members also learned about intellectual property protection and start-up mentorship.
Hands-on Learning at T-Works
A visit to T-Works, India’s largest prototyping center, provided participants with real-world innovation exposure. This hands-on experience enhanced their understanding of product development and rapid prototyping.
